There is a new Supplemental Compensation Application, which must be completed and approved prior to submitting the EPAF form.
Access the Supplemental Compensation Application https://gwucolumbian.service-now.com/compweb/ for Dean Arnesen’s approval, no later than the 12 of each month. Upon approval you will receive an electronic notice to proceed and create/submit the EPAF form. EPAF forms submitted prior to Dean Arnesen’s approval will be rejected.
