To ensure a smooth transition within the time reporting system, all rates below the new minimum wage rate will be adjusted automatically to $12.50 effective June 18, 2017 (the first day of the BW14 pay period). Any employees hired with effective dates on or after June 18, 2017 must have a rate of $12.50 or more.
No action is required on your part to make the wage increase take effect. HRIS will be making the hourly wage updates automatically effective June 18, 2017 (the first day in the BW14 pay period).
Effective July 1, 2017, from $11.50 to $12.50 per hour
Effective July 1, 2018, from $12.50 to $13.25 per hour
Effective July 1, 2019, from $13.25 to $14.00 per hour
Effective July 1, 2020, from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
